NCR FastLane Self-Return – enables retailers to provide more queue-busting convenience to their customers during the often time-consuming and frustrating merchandise return process.
In a typical retail environment, the solution allows shoppers to return goods for a refund on their own by first scanning the item(s) and entering relevant product information. Next, the item is inspected by a store associate who can approve the return. A reimbursement is then issued in the manner the item was originally purchased – debit, credit, cash or gift card.

The Kinetics Airline Check-in solution enables passengers to independently fulfill their pre-flight check-in routine. Passengers can upgrade to first class and even add baggage if needed, becoming an up-selling revenue generation tool. Every TouchPort II C kiosk is International Air Transport Association (IATA) Common Use Self Service (CUSS) compliant and equipped with the Kinetics Thin Client Services platform. This allows for multi-airline check-in on one kiosk. A CUSS kiosk is shared, offering convenient passenger check-in while allowing multiple airlines to maintain branding and functionality. The NCR Airline Check-in solution results in faster check-ins, thereby reduces airport congestion while improving staff productivity.

With only a driver’s license and major credit card, rental car customers can also skip the lines at the counter and use our kiosk to process their rental transaction. The NCR Xpress Car Rental application allows customers to review reservation information, upgrade to a larger car class, purchase insurance, request add-ons (such as an in-car navigation system, child seat(s) and greater fuel options). To complete their self-service transaction, customers can then print their rental contract and be on their way all via the simplicity of a touch screen interface.
