Bill Nuti, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
William (Bill) Nuti is chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of NCR Corporation, a global technology company leading how the world connects, interacts and transacts with business. NCR’s assisted- and self-service solutions and comprehensive support services address the needs of retail, financial, travel, healthcare, hospitality, gaming and public sector organizations in more than 100 countries.
Since Nuti joined NCR in 2005, the company’s stock has appreciated more than 50 percent. During 2007, NCR's financial self-service (ATM) revenues grew 15 percent, while self-service revenues in other industries grew at a combined 20 percent.
Moreover, Nuti has architected organizational and process changes to position NCR for growth and profitability following the spin off of the Teradata data warehousing business that occurred at the end of the third quarter of 2007. NCR today is focused on continuous improvement of its cost structure, on delivering innovative technology and solution offerings and on continued growth in vertical industry and geographic markets.
Before joining NCR, Nuti served as president and CEO of Symbol Technologies where he strengthened the company’s product portfolio and positioned the company as a leading supplier in the emerging radio frequency identification (RFID) industry. He joined Symbol in 2002 following 10 years at Cisco Systems where he held positions of increasing responsibility, advancing to the dual role of senior vice president of the company’s Worldwide Service Provider Operations and U.S. Theater Operations. Prior to his Cisco experience, he held sales and management positions at IBM, Netrix Corporation and Network Equipment Technologies.
Nuti holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Long Island University.

Malcolm Collins, SVP Worldwide Sales & Marketing
Malcolm Collins is senior vice president of the Global Sales and Marketing organization created on January 1st 2008 following the merger of the Financial Solutions Division and the Retail, Hospitality and Self-Service Division. Collins is responsible for driving growth of NCR’s assisted and self-service solutions across the retail, financial, travel, healthcare, hospitality, gaming and public sector industries in more than 100 countries.
Prior to this role, Collins was the senior vice president of the Financial Solutions Division for NCR, the world’s leading provider of automated teller machines and financial self-service and a major player in payments and imaging solutions.
Before joining NCR in 2006, Collins was president of Enterprise Networks for Nortel Networks, Inc. In that role, he had end-to-end responsibility for all elements of Nortel’s Enterprise business, including business development, products, marketing and sales. Prior to that position, Collins served as the senior executive for the United Kingdom and Northern European region where he had financial and customer responsibility across all major European accounts.
Earlier, he led Nortel’s European data business as managing director and general manager, growing the business throughout key markets in Europe. He had responsibility for all aspects of sales, marketing, operations and service.
Before joining Nortel in 1992 as vice president of sales, Collins served in sales leadership roles with N.E.T. Europe Limited and Infotron Systems.

Peter Dorsman, SVP Global Operations
Peter Dorsman is senior vice president global operations for NCR Corporation. Dorsman joined NCR in 2006 and is responsible for NCR’s global manufacturing, sourcing, distribution logistics, quality and sales order management. Previously he was vice president and general manager of NCR’s Systemedia Division, a consumables business that provides a variety of information products for the retail, financial and manufacturing industries, as well as a complete line of printer-related products.
Dorsman was executive vice president and chief operating officer of Standard Register, a provider of information solutions, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. He previously served as senior vice president of the company’s Document Management and Systems Division. Before his role at Standard Register, Dorsman served for nearly 20 years at NCR in various marketing and sales leadership roles, including vice president of worldwide industry marketing.
Dorsman is a member of the board of directors for Applied Industrial Technologies. He earned a bachelor of science degree from Syracuse University in 1977. |

Mel Walter, VP Corporate Development
Mel Walter is vice president of corporate development for NCR Corporation, responsible for strategic alliances and business development.
Reporting to NCR Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President Bill Nuti, Walter works with the company’s various functions on implementing its self-service strategy in targeted industries such as banking, retail, travel, healthcare, public sector, entertainment and gaming.
Previously, Walter was vice president of major accounts for NCR’s Financial Solutions Division where he was responsible for driving NCR’s self-service business with the largest financial institutions and ATM deployers in the United States.
Mel is a 27-year NCR veteran and joined NCR in 1980 where he began his career working in engineering on the development side of the ATM business, proceeding to the product marketing side where he was eventually named assistant vice president of ATM marketing for the United States sales group. He then joined the Gasper Corporation as vice president of global sales and marketing, a leading provider of software for the ATM industry. He rejoined NCR in 1999, when Gasper became a wholly owned subsidiary of NCR, as head of the North America managed services organization, after which was he was named self-service director of ATM Mobility, leading the company’s m-commerce initiative.
Walter graduated summa cum laude from Southeast Missouri State University with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology. While working at NCR, Walter has been awarded three self-service patents. |

Mike Webster, VP Corporate Strategy & Communications
Michael Webster is chief strategy and communications officer for NCR Corporation, responsible for driving the development and implementation of the company’s business strategy, as well as government affairs, corporate communications and branding strategies.
Prior to this role, he served as vice president, Self-Service Solutions Division and led all aspects of NCR’s self-service business across multiple industry segments including retail, hospitality, travel, health care, public sector and gaming. He was appointed to his current position January 1, 2008.
Webster joined NCR in 1989 as a sales specialist in St. Louis. His development with NCR has included positions as area director for NCR’s Teradata division, executive account director for the Retail Solutions Division and vice president and general manager, NCR FastLane.
NCR has made a number of strategic acquisitions under Webster's leadership, including: Kinetics, self-service solution provider for the travel and hospitality industry; Galvanon, self-service solution provider for the health care industry; and InfoAmerica, a leader in self-service order and pay solutions for fast food restaurants.
In January 2003, Chain Store Age magazine named Webster to its “Rising Stars” list of 40 leaders under the age of 40.

Vin LaRocca, North America Region Sales & Services
Vin La Rocca serves as vice president of sales and services, North American region, for NCR Corporation. La Rocca is responsible for driving growth of NCR’s assisted and self-service solutions across the retail, financial, travel, healthcare, hospitality, gaming and public sector industries throughout North America.
La Rocca joined NCR in May 2007 from Symbol Technologies where he most recently served as vice president of sales for the Americas International region, focusing on delivering sales opportunities within Canada, Mexico and Latin America. He joined Symbol as director of operations for the Northeast region of the United States. Previously, La Rocca spent eight years with Cisco Systems in a variety of sales leadership positions, including a two-year opportunity leading the Cisco Financial Sales organization in Germany where he was named director of the year.
Throughout his career, La Rocca has focused on setting strategy that aligns resources to deliver exceptional sales results and exceed sales targets.
La Rocca holds a master of education degree from The George Washington University and a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Villanova University. |

Michael K. O’Laughlin, Regional Vice President
Caribbean and Latin America
Michael O'Laughlin is Regional Vice President for NCR’s business in the Caribbean and Latin America. Michael is responsible for driving growth of NCR’s assisted and self-service solutions across the retail, financial, travel, healthcare, hospitality, gaming and public sectors. Prior to managing NCR’s Caribbean and Latin America operation Michael was Vice President of Americas services sales & marketing for the NCR Worldwide Customer Services Division. In this key leadership role, he was responsible for services sales and marketing in the Americas and the global partnership organization.
O'Laughlin joined NCR in July 2002 at the height of an 18 year career in technology sales and engineering. Prior to joining NCR, he served Digiquant as vice president of sales and sales engineering for the Americas, driving the launch of Digiquant's IP services into the Americas market.
Before joining Digiquant, O'Laughlin provided sales and operational leadership as an Associate Partner in the Andersen Consulting Business Process Management organization focusing on long-term outsourcing contracts. While there, he was responsible for managing client relationships, profitability and developing and delivering best practice solutions to key Telecommunication clients.
O'Laughlin's previous Director of Sales assignment, with Convergys, allowed him to lead a $250 million/year account effort focused on customer care and billing solutions for AT&T and AT&T Wireless. This success following a series of promotions through the sales and engineering organizations for Data General Corporation, AT&T Computer Systems and Storage Technology.
Michael graduated with a Masters of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor or Arts in Computer Science from Florida State University. |

Theresa Heinz, Self-Service Product Management
Theresa Heinz is President of Kinetics, a subsidiary of NCR Corporation and the leading U.S. provider of self-service technologies for today’s travel industry. As the architect of modern airline self-service technology, Kinetics has over 6,000 airline self-service devices installed in more than 300 airports worldwide.
Heinz first began working with Kinetics in 1997 as a consultant with Midwest Consulting Group and played an instrumental role in the implementation of several airline automated projects and reservation processing programs. She subsequently became a Kinetics employee in 2000 and held positions of increasing responsibility before being appointed president of the company in 2006.
As president of Kinetics, Heinz’s primary goal will be to oversee Kinetics’ growth in the international market and to expand the company’s distinctive brand of innovation into complementary travel markets such as hospitality, car rental, cruise line, and e-commerce.
Prior to joining Kinetics, Heinz was Vice President of Research and Development for
Objective, Inc. in Colorado.
Heinz holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering from the University of Colorado, as well as a bachelor’s degree in business from Northern State University. |

Raj Toleti, President, Galvanon
Raj founded Galvanon (a technology company focused on improving patient experience) in 2002. Galvanon introduced the first commercially available patient self-service kiosk and software platform to simplify the patient registration process, direct patients to health care locations, eliminate unnecessary paperwork and reduce lengthy wait times for patients. Galvanon was acquired by NCR in December 2005. The acquisition of Galvanon represents a significant opportunity to extend NCR's growing self-service footprint and expertise to a new market segment - the health care industry - which comprises more than 6,000 hospitals and 600,000 clinics in the United States alone.
Prior to Galvanon, Raj was the founder, chairman, CEO, of Cytura Corporation, a content management company specializing in newspaper, media, and Internet solutions. In less than five years, Raj oversaw the Cytura's was named to the Top 100 Knowledge Management companies. He was a visionary for Cytura's Continuity Content Management System. Cytura was acquired by Mobius in 2002.
Raj was also a founding member of the Microsoft Consulting Services (Healthcare) practice, where he was awarded the Excellence Award for Consulting from Microsoft.
Raj currently heads up the engineering for the multi-industry self-service business for NCR including common software application platform initiative for NCR and participates as a board member on leading world-class technology solutions providers. |
